Understanding our cancellation and refund procedures

The following additional refund rules apply based on the number of days prior to arrival:

  • 60 days prior to arrival: 90% Refund
  • 59–30 days prior to arrival: 75% Refund
  • 29–15 days prior to arrival: 50% Refund
  • 14–08 days prior to arrival: 25% Refund
  • Less than 07 days prior to arrival / No show: No Refund
